HologramLib is a display entity-based hologram library for modern Minecraft servers (1.19.4 to 1.21.5).
It allows developers to create dynamic, customizable holograms using packets, with support for MiniMessage formatting, animations, and per-player visibility.
It works with Paper, Purpur, Spigot, and Folia servers, and requires PacketEvents as a dependency.
It does not support Bedrock or older Minecraft versions (1.8 to 1.19.3).
The library supports multiple hologram types:
· Text with styling, scaling, background colors
· Blocks and Items displayed as holograms
· Leaderboards with live updates
Advanced features include:
· Animation support
· Entity attachment (e.g. hologram on a mob)
· View distance control
· Per-player visibility and interactivity (planned)
Integration is simple with a JitPack dependency and a few lines of code. Full usage examples are provided in the Wiki
